The TowSmart 1422 trailer wiring adapter converts a vehicle's 7-way round blade connector to a 4-way flat connector, allowing you to connect mismatched wiring configurations. This adapter lets you tow trailers with different connector types without rewiring, making it useful for anyone who switches between vehicles or trailers with incompatible connectors.

Whether you're towing a utility trailer, boat trailer, camper, or equipment trailer, this adapter ensures all trailer lights—including tail lights, brake lights, turn signals, and reverse lights—function correctly. The durable design makes installation straightforward and provides a reliable connection that enhances road safety by ensuring proper trailer lighting in all conditions.

Features and Benefits

  • Simple Plug-and-Play Design: No wiring required; simply plug the adapter between your vehicle's 7-way connector and your trailer's 4-way connector for immediate compatibility.
  • Durable Construction: Heavy-duty plastic construction resists corrosion and withstands extreme weather, ensuring the connector remains functional after many trips.
  • Easy to Install: Single housing design allows hassle-free connection without requiring vehicle modifications or complex setup.
  • Complete Light Control: Manages tail lights, brake lights, turn signals, and reverse lights, ensuring full trailer functionality and safety.
